Start with the week you actually have
Look at your commute, meetings and responsibilities before choosing your training schedule. A routine you can repeat is more useful than an ambitious timetable you abandon after a few days. Share your available days with a coach and build from there.
Put the visit in your calendar
Choose a realistic window, pack what you need and decide when you will leave work. The less you need to arrange at the last minute, the easier it is to follow through. Keep an alternative time for days when meetings run late.
Movement goes beyond your gym session
The World Health Organization recommends limiting sedentary time and replacing it with physical activity where possible. A gym session can be part of an active week, alongside movement during your workday. The right starting point depends on your current ability and circumstances.
Choose your training environment
At IMFIT Madhapur, functional training has its main space on the second floor; strength, cardio and hypertrophy equipment are on the third. Every gym membership includes access to both floors and all equipment, trainer guidance and taxes. Your training approach determines how you use the space.
Strength and cardio membership is ₹2,500/month. Fat-loss and functional training starts at ₹4,000/month for individual training with trainer guidance, available Monday–Saturday. The 90-day small-group transformation program is ₹20,000 total for three months, with up to five members per trainer-guided batch, Monday–Friday. Its morning batches are 6:30–7:30, 7:30–8:30 and 8:30–9:30 AM; evening batches are 6:30–7:30 and 7:30–8:30 PM. Check places with the team before choosing a batch. Sunday is closed.
Review the routine before judging yourself
If you repeatedly miss sessions, look at the timing and expectations. Your plan may need to change with your work schedule. Consistency starts with making the next session possible.
